图形任务管理器 Task Facade v4.0 alpha 3

又更新了，设置及窗口界面又变了，界面回到了3.8.5以前的界面了。关闭窗口的方法是在点击你要关闭的窗口出现叉后，点击其他窗口就可以了。支持VGA。
更新内容：
· Activation time and overall drawing speed optimized greatly
· LongPress Enter key to mark the process for closing
· DoubleClick can be switched off: Options->EnableDoubleClick (Off by default)
· Theme\'s structure changed: themes are divided into 2 independent subsets: portrait and landscape
· New elements in themes: for SmartBitmap: a) \"Enabled\" attribute (allows you to switch this element off from painting), b) \"Bounds\" element (you can now draw an image smaller than the whole slot); for TitleText: \"Alignment\" element (defines horizontal alignment of a title)
· Settings renamed to Options
· Options->FrameInflation renamed to SelectedFrameExtension
· Options->LongTapDelay renamed to LongPressDelay
· Dialogs adapted for changes
· Bugfix: process was displayed in a wrong position after hiding
